Our sculpture was inspired by our bright ideas! The whole school wanted Morph to represent all of our ideas. Light bulbs represent that moment of inspiration so every child painted one.

Our sculpture was inspired by the diversity of young people and what they enjoy. Young people came together to make a design that represented what they do in their free time. They picked bright colours to represent how they feel at the youth centre as well as the River Thames and Youth Centre logo as they are proud of their community.

Our sculpture was inspired by the diversity of our school. Our students were told stories of the boats and ships journeys which were made by local sailors to the corners of the Globe. They understood why their School area is diverse and open to so many different communities. Our Morph will be dressed up in Rose compasses designs.

Our sculpture was inspired by the individuality of students and diversity of our school. Our school hosted a competition to design our Morph with the theme of individuality. As an inner city school in a diverse area, our final idea was a collaboration of 5 student designs bringing together tradition, individuality, creativity and our motto of Pride.

GRIT represents our school’s values: Growth, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork. Standing up for their rights and speaking out is important to our children. Key themes that our children came up with included Diversity, Equality, Equity and Inclusion. Our final design incorporates many of these values that the children hold close to their heart.

The inspiration for our sculpture was celebrating being unique, creativity, curiosity and collaboration. The children were inspired by our school environment and suggested that leaves ‘grow together’ to create one main tree just as we all work together as a team to create one happy school. Each child in the Prep School has contributed with a mindfulness leaf.

Our sculpture was inspired by the values of our school and a celebration of community. The whole school have been involved in the design and creative stages of our Mini-Morph. The children wanted our Morph to reflect our school value of community. We want people to look at our sculpture and become courageous advocates for our community and know that we are all as one.

Our sculpture was inspired by a myriad of things that make us happy. The whole school focused on what makes them happy both inside and out. The children wanted their designs to reflect the diversity and the inclusion we feel is represented at Albion. They explored different books, songs, lyrics, stories and life experiences which make them smile.

Our sculpture was inspired by our strong ethos of community and our #FeatherstoneFamily. We chose to work on the project with our children with special educational needs. The ideas and creative choice of design came from the children who said they wanted to ‘have their hands on the project’. The children chose colours which inspire their lives and decorated Morph with their handprints.

Our sculpture was inspired by the difficulties we face growing up today. We talked about the challenges that face us in the world today. We thought about all the things that we struggle with inside ourselves but wanted to show that we can overcome all these things by being positive and always ‘looking for the light’ which shines within us.
