Design Description

Inspired by a visit to the Princess of Wales Conservatoty at wonderful Kew Gardens. Cacti can survive in harsh conditions, they’ve become a symbol of warmth and unconditional, enduring love. The cactus is also known to symbolise strength and protection, endurance, trust and happiness

Artist Information

Traci creates paintings & textile based huggable characters, using colourways & fabrics that hold a special significance to each project. Her palettes are influenced by the positive values of each colour used in the designs, which are often inspired by the joyful & optimistic imaginations of children, along with the wonderfully diverse & colourful cultures she experienced when living & working in South Africa for ten years. Traci thoroughly enjoys her arty adventures & over the last few years she has found great delight in painting a wonderful variety of Wild in Art sculptures.

Buy a Morph at Auction

When the Trail ends, the super-sized Morph sculptures will be auctioned to raise funds for Whizz Kidz. Whizz Kidz supports young people by providing the wheelchairs, equipment, support and confidence-building experiences they need, and campaigning for a more inclusive society. We hope to raise enough funds in the auction to allow 100 more young wheelchair users across England, Scotland and Wales be mobile, enabled and included.
